Specialcatalogue provides custom website development services. Due to the nature of digital services and the customized work involved, our return policy differs from physical product returns.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation terms depend on the project stage:

• Before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus administrative fees
• During design phase: Refund of unused portion after deducting completed work
• During development phase: No refund, but you retain all completed work
• After completion: No refunds available

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• We fail to deliver services as outlined in the project agreement
• Technical issues prevent project completion through our fault
• Significant delays caused by Specialcatalogue

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Completed design work and development
• Third-party costs including hosting, domains, and licenses
• Time spent on consultations and project planning
• Custom content creation and copywriting

Revision Policy

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction within the revision allowance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Specialcatalogue is committed to client satisfaction. We provide regular updates and seek your approval at key project milestones. If you're not satisfied with the direction, we'll work with you to make necessary adjustments within the project scope.

Dispute Resolution

If you're unhappy with our services, please contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve any issues through:

• Direct communication to understand concerns
• Proposed solutions to address issues
• Mediation if necessary

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• You will receive confirmation once processed

Ownership of Work

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the completed website. If a project is cancelled before completion, Specialcatalogue retains ownership of all work until payment for completed portions is received.
